The POD ORLEM hotel is situated in the very heart of Bydgoszcz, at the main crossroads of all the city's business, local and administration routes. Designed in 1882, a perfect example of 19th century architecture inspired by the various tones of the Baroque and Renaissance styles. The hotel historical building was listed into the Bydogoszcz Register of Monuments in 1974. A beautiful park lies on the hotels east side. The rich interior of the hotel has been refurbished and restored with new floors, a staircase, stylish stained-glass windows, a gold-plated balustrade, and marble finishes. The hotel has, therefore, been restored and decorated in traditional Polish style.

 POD ORLEM Hotel offers 39 single rooms and 32 double rooms as well as four luxury suites (including the Rubinstein Suite with a piano). All the rooms have a bathroom (hair-dryers may be found in each one) and are each equipped with mini bars, satellite and pre-paid TV, radios, telephones and Internet access. A steam trouser press and safe deposit boxes can be found in all the elegant two-roomed suites. Some of the rooms, which overlook Gdanska St, have their own private balconies. There is also a room especially designed for the disabled and also one floor is entirely designated for non-smokers.

 Room-service, a multi-functional Business Center with all services, a leisure center, bureau de change and a newsagents. Inside the hotel itself, there are the food-staff and pastry shops, laundry, shoe-polishing service and a secure parking lot. The hotel's taxi service and coach, train, and air ticket reservation office is also at your disposal.

 For your culinary delight, there are three restaurants situated within the hotel, namely: "Kolumnowa", "Malinowa" and "Mysliwska" with its intimate atmosphere. They all offer exquisite cuisine, and some of the dishes are made according to 100-year-old recipes. The Head Chef serves and recommends a wide selection of Polish and International dishes and ensures that even the most demanding tastes will surely be satisfied. The "Skalar" bar with its relaxing atmosphere is open until the last guest. You may spend your time drinking various beverages available and trying a large range of choice cigars. Buffet Breakfast. During the summer, feel most welcome to the "Tarasowa" café where an open-air grill serves delicious meals. Throughout the whole year, elegant banquets and events, celebration dinners and cocktails, as well as casual meetings, family occasions are professionally organized.

 The Business Center situated within the hotel is equipped with a secretary's office and multi-functional, air-conditioned conference halls capable of holding 150, 65, 35, 14 and 8 people respectively. All the conference halls are fully equipped with infrared sound systems; multi audiovisual equipment; Internet access; overhead and slide projectors, and "flip-charts", together with photocopying and faxing possibilities.
