Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms. Very friendly, efficient staff. Good breakfast. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I would highly recommend the hotel. However fridge in room would have made it even better.

Very comfortable and clean. We were in a party of five and had access to each others rooms: all rooms individually and tastefully furnished. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Splendid breakfast with plenty of choice, it kept you going all day. A brisk walk down the hill and the regular tram service meant we were in the centre of Gdansk in ten minutes. Excellent value for money would definately book the Willa Isabel again if we visit Gdansk.
