The Chef, Marcin Bała, recommends: hors-d'oeuvre - roe-deer haunch carpaccio with parmesan cheese, cranberries and marinated chanterelles, soup - pike perch consommé with julienne vegetables main course - duck sirloin with caramel sauce dessert - "Amax" cake.
