1) Serach engine options - defining your choice

rezerwuje.com offers the reservation of hotels form the 3 largest data bases (PTQV, Booking, Orbis). There is one panel allowing you to search for available accommodations in all bases. There's a reservation panel in the midle of the main page of rezerwuje.com or the specified city's page Search panel "Checking the prices, availability and hotel reservation", which allows you to make a reservation of an accommodation in a hotel in Poland. You can choose a city where you want to make a reservation from a scroll list "City". Then you have to define the date of your arrival (year, month, day) and departure. The date in the form is set for the following night.
- You can next choose the numer of hotel rooms, numer of persons and numer of beds in one room.
If you'd like to make a reservation for different types of hotel rooms - than you have to make separate reservations.
- In case of a reservation for 8 persons or more - you can use the group reservation form.
To make a reservation of a conference room please fill the conference rooms form.
- The next step is choosing the type of a hotel room - for smokers, non-smokers or without preferences. "Without preferences" means the system will choose all the oferts without defining the preference option.
Next you have to define the currency (PLN, EUR, USD) which you would like to use in prices display and press "Hotel Search".
- Similar panel is located on each city's page - the "city" option is already chosen - and also on each object's page, where you can choose the availability of accommodations only in the specified hotel unless you use the "show other" option and choose the objects located 1,2,5 ora 10 km from the main one.
2) Search results
- After pressing the "Serach for a hotel" button the results will be shown in a new page. The criteria you have chosen are displayed above the results list.
The following informations will be displayed above the search results list:
- information on the number of objects found from each data base,
- "view thesearch results on city's map" - by clicking on it a city map will show up in which a reservation is being made with all available objects pointed there (you can access the reservation objects page by clicking on the hotel icon),
- criteria choosen in the reservation panel and "New search/change cryteria" button - by clicking on it a search panel will show up, in which you will be able to change the search cryteria and search again.

- The results shown by the search engine are groupped according to the reservation type and base from which the're taken. There are 5 types of reservation possible:
- Reservation online from PTQV base
Hotel reservation with instant confirmation
Room reservation with instant confirmation.
Credit card payment trough eCard S.A. - Safe and secure online payments. Confirmation including Voucher send instantly on Your e-mail.
If there are at least 10 days to the arrival date - you can make a payment for your accomodation via standard bank transfer after the confirmation by the Operator.
- Reservation offline from PTQV base
Hotel reservation in the hotels listed below is made through the operator, who will check if the room is available within 24 h (working days).
If the chosen hotel has free rooms - the Operator will confirm the reservation.
The payment is made via eCARD S.A. terminal by credit card. When making an offline reservation your money are just blocked on your credit card. If the reservation is confirmed - the money are transferred. If it's not - the blocade is cancelled.
You will receive a voucher for your stay at the hotel together with the confirmation. If there are at least 10 working days days to the arrival date - you can pay for your accomodation by a standard money transfer after the confirmation by the Operator.
- Reservation online from Booking base
Hotel reservation with instant confirmation.
The possibility to choose a room and the reservation conditions are specified on the next page of a reservation.
To make a reservation guaranteed it is necessary to provide the credit card details - but the payment is done after arriving, at the hotel.
- Reservation online from Orbis base
Hotel reservation below is done immediately on Orbis hotels webpage.
There are different payment methods available - by credit card, bank transfer or directly in the hotel.
- Rezerwacja offline
Objects desrbibed below this header detailed offer with all address data. It is possible to make a reservation directly in the object.

- Description of the search results columns:
- The Name and standard of the object column has a name of the hotel and its standard or information if it's a hostel, pension or apartments. If you click on the hotel name - you get a specific description of a hotel.
- The Photo of the object column has the object's view. Clicking on it's photo will open the detailed description page.
- There is a map icon in the Location column. After clicking it a city map will show up with a pointed object location.
- Prices column - the prices for a room in given date. Hotel prices in different days could vary.
- All column - final price for the hotel in given date.
- The Reservation column has Make a reservation button - after clicking on it you will be transferred to the reservation of a room or Check button - after clicking on it you will be transferred to the presentation page of the object.
- There are max 2 available types of rooms in the Room type column (for the Booking objects) for the specified date, more types could show up during 1st step of reservation, when you choose the concrete room type.
- Attention! - In case of objects from Orbis base the displayed prices are not the prices for a stay, but the MINIMUM prices which the object provided for the following month into the base.
In order to check the real availability of rooms and prices click the "Check" button and define your search on the object's page.
- If there are no available accommodations fullfiling your criteria then the "No accommodations vailable" note will be displayed..
If its possible please change your enquiry, going back to the beginning of the reservation. In order to do that you can use the "New search/change cryteria" button - by clicking on it a search panel will show up, in which you will be able to change the search cryteria and search again.
- If there are no free rooms in PTQV base but the rooms are available in Booking base - an offer will be displayed allowing you to make a reservation
If there are no free rooms in both bases when making a reservation from PTQV base, then the nearest hotels will be displayed (up to 2 km).
3) Hotel description
- After choosing the right hotel from the result list (clicking on its name or picture) you get the detailed information about the object with pictures displayed, in a new window. You can move to the reservation page of the hotel for the specified earlier date from the description page or go back to the search results list and choose another hotel. You can make a reservation without visiting the description page - simply choose the icon "Make a reservation" on the results page next to the choosen hotel - moving to the first step of reservation.
- The next steps differ from each other depending on the base, in which the hotel is located (it's decribed in the header of the search results list, such as Online reservation from PTQV base) and in which the reservation will be made. Sometimes the same hotel is available in PTQ base, other times in Booking base, so please pay attention to the headers.
Attention! There are DIFFERENT reservation and cancel conditions for each base.
Reserving a hotel from PTQV base
Step 1 - Personal data input
- In the first step of a reservation the system will confirm your choice, giving you the final price for your stay. If you have additional comments on the service (late arrival, etc), please fill the field "Special instructions". It would be necessary to view the terms of a reservation.
- If you are the registered and logged user of the system all the personal data and invoice data will be filled automatically. In other case pelase provide all the required data and mark whether an invoice will be necessary. You can register in the system in that place, providing your login and password - registering is not compulsory.
When choosing company invoice an additional window will appear, allowing you to input the details.
Step 2 - Payment type
- After filling all the required fields you can choose a payment type - under the invoice details. Payment type depends on the reservation type.
- In case of an instant reservation you can make your payment via Internet, using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) in the secure Authorization Credit Card Center "eCard" or electronic bank transfer (mBank, Inteligo, Multibank, BPH, BZWBK 24, Multibank, Nordea).
- If you do not have a credit card or bank account with online transfers in one of the bank detailed above and there are 4 or more working days till you arrival - you can pay by standard transfer (from a bank or post office).
When choosing that option please click the "Bank transfer or post transfer". You will get the confirmation of reservation and the bank account number for the payment within 2 days.
- In case of an off-line reservation the payment could be done afterwards - by the standard bank transfer to the given account or at once - via Internet, using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) in the secure Authorization Credit Card Center "eCard" or electronic bank transfer (mBank, Inteligo, Multibank, BPH, BZWBK 24, Multibank, Nordea).
Step 3 - Finalizing your payment - credit card authorization
- In case of an electronic payment type using credit card (click on the credit card icon) it is necessary to provide all the required details in Credit Card Authorization Center "ecard" form.
- You have to input the credit card number on the eCard page, its date and CVV2/CVC2/CID number and then click "Pay".
- You can find CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the other side of your credit card (the three last numbers).
CVV2/CVC2/CID code verification allows to improve the security of the transaction and reduce the risk of an unauthorized access and fraud.
CVV2/CVC2/CID code is present only on your credit card and in the computer system of a bank, that issued your credit card.
It is NOT printed on the bills or on other documents.
- If the provided details are technically correct, a mesage will appear, confirming the finalized reservation and payment process.
After opening a reservation by the operator a confirmation email mesaage will be sent to you.

Changing your reservation
- To change your reservation you have to click the link Change the reservation, in the menu on the left and then fill and send the displayed form.
Canceling your reservations
- To cancel your reservation you have to click the link Cancel your reservation in the menu on the left and then fill the displayed form.
- The following fees will be charged when cancelling a reservation from PTQV base:
- 50 PLN (ca. 12 EUR) - when the reservation is cancelled not later then 3 days before the arrival date,
- 100% of a total reservation cost if you cancel it later then 3 days before the arrival date.
- 100% of a total reservation cost if you resign form your reservation without filling and sending the Cancel Form,
- 100% of a total reservation cost if you do not arrive or if you do not use your reserved service in given date, without making a prior change.
- In case of a canceled reservation the proper quote is paid back by a bank transfer to the account indicated by you in a Cancel Reservation form.

Reserving a hotel from Booking base
Step 1 - Choosing a room
- The system will confirm your choose in the first step of making a reservation by giving you the date of your stay in the object and will show all available room types with
the total price per stay in EURO (but you can pay in PLN at the hotel). Please pay attention to the conditions of cancelling a reservation in the object. You can get more
details about the room type, price and its equipment by clicking on its name. You can choose the number of rooms in the room number window (it displays all available rooms in the object).
It allows you to reserve different room types in one objects in the same time. To confirm your choice please click "Continue".
Step 2& 3 - Providing your personal data and credit card details
- In the second and third step you will provide your personal data (first name, last name, email address, your residential address and phone number) and also the credit card numbers (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) with its validity date. If you have any questions or suggestions about the service (late arrival, etc) please fill the field "Remarks". Please click the link "Make a reservation" when all fields are filled up.
- Your credit card details are the only guarantee for the hotel in case you did not arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation of the reservation or you made a cancellation too late. If it happens - the hotel will have the right to bill your CC with the fee for not showing up (which is usually the price per night). Booking WILL NOT bill your CC, you will pay for your stay at the hotel by cash or credit card. if you wish to get an invoice for your stay - you will get one directly at the hotel.
- If the hotel needs you to pay before the arrival (part of the total price) - the information about it will be displayed on the hotel's page. Some of the hotels will pre-authorize your credit card to get the additional guarantee. Pre-authorization is simply checking the credit card for the total sum of your transaction and blocking it until it is paid by you. The hotel can guarantee your reservation by doing it. The total sum could be the total price for your stay or price per night. The block will be removed after checking it.
Step 4 - Checking of reservation
- After finishing your reservation process a confirmation window will be displayed. You can find there the details of your reservation and the reservation number. We recommend you printing this page. You will also get a confirmation e-mail within the next few minutes. You can find all the reservation details there and also the contact data of the hotel. The most common reason for not getting the e-mail is a mistake when typing the address. We recommend you checking the provided e-mail address before finishing the reservation. The e-mail could be also treated as spam by some mail software filters. If you do not get it, please send an e-mail under following address, providing all the details: customer.service@booking.com
Changing or cancelling your reservation
- To change or cancell your reservation please follow the link provided in the confirmation e-mail. Booking will not bill you by any fee because of cancelling the reservation. But the hotel could demand cancelling a reservation not too late. All informations about these rules regarding cancelling a reservation could be found on each hotel's page in the "The conditions of hotel operation" part.
- After you cancelled your reservation, you would get a confirmation e-mail. If you do not get it, please send an e-mail under following address, providing all the details: customer.service@booking.com

STEP 1 - Find a hotel - SEARCH ENGINE
- Please use the search engine "Checking the prices, availibility and reservation of a hotel", appearing in the center section of the object's description page, in order to search through the hotels' rate offers. Having defined the relevant criteria of your query, please hit the search button "Search"
STEP 2 - Check the available offer - SEARCH RESULTS
- After hitting the search button "Search" a page with search results in OrbisOnLine system, i.e. with a list of available hotels along with offers that match the search criteria defined in your query will appear.
- Price offers available at the given time which match the information specified in your query are quoted for each hotel. Depending on the number of available rooms, rooms are bookable on-line or on-request.
- On-line reservation means that the reservation is made in real time. After making an on-line reservation, you will automatically receive reservation confirmation at the end of the process.
- On-request reservation means that the hotel you have chosen does not have rooms available for the rate you have selected. You may however send a query to the hotel, i.e. make on-request reservation.
- To see the details of the offer please follow the link "Details". If you wish to examine brief terms and conditions of room reservation after selecting the rate offer, please select the "Highlights of the terms and conditions of reservation" button.
- If you wish to make the reservation of a hotel room, please select "Reservation" button.
STEP 3 - Registration /logging into the System
- Each client who wishes to reserve hotel room via the OrbisOnLine system for the first time must register in the system. Registration means that you shall be requested to fill-in the registration form and click on the registration button "Registration".
- Persons already registered in the system may type their login and password and then select the button "Login".
- PLEASE NOTE: Login would be requested for the purpose of making the reservation only.
ON-LINE RESERVATIONS
STEP 4 - Hotel reservation - RESERVATION, STEP 1/2
- The system will confirm your reservation in the fourth step, giving you the total price for your stay. All reservations made via the OrbisOnLine system are guaranteed reservations. Guaranteed reservation means that the reservation will remain valid until the end of the first reserved hotel night. The hotel night begins at 2 p.m. and ends at noon on the following day.
- Please select the form of guarantee for making the reservation on this page.
Reservation may be guaranteed either by quoting the number of your credit card or by making a prepayment by a bank transfer.
In order to be able to guarantee the reservation by making a prepayment by a bank transfer, the reservation should be made at east 3 days prior to arrival at the hotel.
To proceed to the next step of reservation, please click on the button "Next".
STEP 5 - Hotel reservation - RESERVATION, STEP 2/2
- On this page you will have to enter the first and last name and e-mail address of the person making the reservation and the first and last name of the person for whom the reservation is made. There is a possibility to provide the details for an invoice.
The field REMARKS is designated for special request, for instance non-smoking room, twin beds or double bed in a double room, flowers in the room, etc.
In order to proceed to the reservation screen, please select the "I agree" button.
- PLEASE NOTE that by making the reservation you are acknowledging that you are familiar with and accept the terms and conditions of the reservation.
STEP 6 - Payment by credit card (only for Clients who have opted for this form of guarantee)
- If you have opted for guaranteeing your reservation by credit card, after completing STEP 5 you will be transferred to WEB site of Polcard (www.polcard.com.pl).
- On this page please enter the number of your credit card and all other required particulars at the Polcard site, and then select the button "Send order".
- Thereafter, the amount of guarantee will be charged to your credit card.
- If the transaction is successful, the following information will be displayed:
- Payment authorization has been processed by Polcard.
PolCard S.A. received response from your bank. The response has been forwarded to the internet store. Print this page or save it, then press "Next" to go back to the internet store to find out what was the result of authorization.
To receive confirmation of the reservation, please click on the button "Next".
- PLEASE NOTE: The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Polcard, PBK Styl. Non-embossed cards are not accepted!
STEP 7 - Confirming the reservation
- On this page, your reservation will be confirmed and a number allotted by the OrbisOnLine system will be displayed. The confirmation of the reservation will be sent to your e-mail address specified on the registration form. There will be all the details of your reservation and all contact details of the hotel.
ON-REQUEST RESERVATIONS
- If on the date you have selected hotel rooms are available only on-request, it means that on the selected dates the system does not have available rooms. You may, however, send a query directly to the hotel. In order to do so, please click on the "Reservation" button next to the offer which you are interested in.
STEP 4 - Reservation form
- On this page please enter the information to be sent to the hotel for the purpose of making the reservation. If the hotel has free rooms for the selected dates, the hotel will confirm the reservation within 24 hours at the most.
- After filling-in the form, please click on the "Send" button.
STEP 5 - Confirming on-request reservation
- A confirmation that your on-request reservation was sent to the hotel will be displayed on this page. If the hotel has available rooms for the rate quoted by the system, then a confirmation of the reservation will be sent to your e-mail address specified on the registration form.
CHANGE OF THE RESERVATION
- Changes may be made to a reservation by clicking on the "Your reservation" link visible on the bottom menu of your screen. In order to change the reservation via the OrbisOnLine system, you must be logged in as the user who made the reservation.
- Reservations may be changed by accessing the "Change reservation". fter clicking on this link, a new page CHANGE OF THE RESERVATION will open.
The Client should enter the requested changes in the reservation in the field REMARKS. After typing-in the information for the hotel, please click on the "Send" button.
- After sending the information requesting change in the reservation, you will receive an answer from the hotel as regards the possibility of changing the reservation to your e-mail address specified on the registration form within 24 hours at the latest.
- PLEASE NOTE: In case of changing the reservation, the reservation panel "Your reservation" will not show the changes you have made, for instance, it will not display the new arrival date in the hotel. Only the change in the status of the reservation will indicate that a query concerning change of the reservation was sent.
- Type and status: ON LINE, Confirmed Guaranteed - means: On-line reservation has been confirmed by the Hotel
- Type and status: ON LINE, Changed Guaranteed - means: On-line reservation has been changed
CANCELING ON-LINE RESERVATION
- The reservation may be canceled via the link "Your reservation" link visible at the bottom menu of your screen. In order to cancel the reservation via the OrbisOnLine system, you must be logged in as the user who made the reservation.
- Reservations may be cancelled by accessing the "Cancel reservation" link.
After clicking on this link, a new page CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION will open.
The Client should enter the information for the hotel regarding cancellation of the reservation in the field REMARKS. After typing-in the information for the hotel, please click on the "Cancelation of reservation" button.
- After sending the information requesting cancellation of the reservation, you will receive an answer from the hotel as regards cancellation of the reservation to your e-mail address specified on the registration form within 24 hours at the latest.
- Type and status: ON LINE, Confirmed Guaranteed - means: On-line reservation has been confirmed by the Hotel.
- Type and status: ON LINE, Cancelled Guaranteed - means: On-line reservation has been cancelled.
CONTACT THE HOTEL
- In order to contact the hotel as regards a given reservation. Please click on the link "Your reservation" at the bottom menu of your screen.
In order to do so, you must be logged in as the user who made the reservation as regards which you would like to contact he hotel.
- You can always contact the hotel by accessing the link "Contact".
A new page will open in the mail program you are using and you will be able to write your message to the hotel.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF ON-REQUEST RESERVATIONS
- In order to change or cancel a specific on-request reservation or contact the hotel as regards this reservation, please click on the link "Your reservation" at the bottom menu of your screen.
In order to do so, you must be logged in as the user who made the reservation concerning which you would like to contact he hotel.
- To change or cancel on-request reservation or contact the hotel, please click on the link "Contact".
