We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andels Hotel Krakow where the Staff were most helpful and friendly, accommodation of a very high standard. The only negative comment we would make is that there seems to be a problem with the drainage in the shower/wet room which caused the water to overflow into the main bathroom and toilet area. We are sure this is something that can be easily sorted and if we were to travel again to Krakow we would again stay in Andels and we would also recommend it to others.
