Hotel has a restaurant with not a wide choice of food and the menu prices were quite expensive. We went to a few very good restaurants in Szczecin and paid a lot less for better food. What we found that the worst was the unprofessional behaviour of the hotel staff. The cleaning staff was entering to the room in the morning when we were still inside and we had to ask them not to come in. Finally our room was not cleaned at all. We found it the way we left it in the morning arriving back around 9pm. Reception desk informed us that it was too late to clean and offered only clean towels. And only after our demand for new room we were moved to the clean one. Nobody even apologized for the inconvenience caused. Far away from European standards.
