Mar ? Vista is a modern complex offering 68 spacious and well-designed apartments. Guests can chose from the one bed apartment sleeping up to 4, or the more spacious 2 bedroom duplex apartments that can sleep up to 6.
Mar ? Vista has 2 outdoor fresh water swimming pools for guests to enjoy. The pool area includes a snack-bar/restaurant and sun-beds and sunshades for guests use.

The one and two bedroom apartments both feature a fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer and electric oven.
Additional apartment facilities include air-conditioned bedrooms and living room and satellite TV.

There is a maid service 6 days a week, except Sundays. Linen is changed every 4 days and towels every 2 days.

From the apartment balconies, guests can enjoy views of the beautiful landscape, the ocean or the Monchique Mountains.

Mar ? Vista is approximately 800 meters from Av. Tomás Cabreira, where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the cliff tops leading on to the Fort of Santa Catarina. This fort was built in 1621 to defend Silves and Portim?o against opposing fleets and more recently became the new Marina of Praia da Rocha.
Praia da Rocha offers a wide range of souvenir shops, restaurants, night-clubs and bars. There is also a first-class casino located close to the beach.
At a distance of just 2 km away, guests can visit the town of Portim?o, set on the estuary of the Arade River. The fishing port of Portim?o is blessed with a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere and a rich selection of fish and seafood restaurants.
A short drive west lies the picturesque village of Alvor, where the discovery of a Neolithic settlement with the remains of a subsequent Roman occupation is evidence of the town?s historic past.
Other sites and towns easily accessible in the region include the historical city of Silves (17km) away, the mountains of Monchique and Caldas do Monchique and its famous rejuvenating water (26km) and the city of Lagos (20km).

Take the motorway A22 (Via do Infante) or the E.N. 125 in the direction of Portim?o. From here take the dual-carriageway V6 to Praia da Rocha. Go straight across the first roundabout (Continente Supermarket on your left, McDonalds on your right) and turn right at the next roundabout. You will then have arrived at Mar ? Vista.
